I have an active Section 8 voucher with the following details:
Approved for a 3 or 4 bedroom
Maximum rent: $4,100
Section 8 will complete the initial inspection and pay their portion directly to the landlord
I will pay my portion of the rent
I will also provide the security deposit
I am responsible, ready to move, and prepared to move forward quickly with all required paperwork and inspection scheduling.
