Position Summary:

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures a dediced cardiovascular walk-in center according to established protocols to assist the referring physician in diagnosis and trement. Our CT Technologists perform computed tomography (CT) procedures by selecting correct exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields while utilizing the assessment of pient age and diagnosis to produce technically accure cross sectional images to assist the radiologist in diagnosis and trement. You will participe in complex invasive CT examinions by assisting the Radiologist or Physician's Assistant using proper sterile technique and producing CT images. 

Qualificions

Licensure / Certificion / Registrion:

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health obtained prior to hire de or job transfer de.
• CT Advanced certificion by ARRT required within 12 months of job entry de. Failure to meet this requirement will result in terminion or transfer out of CT Technologist job.

Educion: 

• Gradue from an accredited Radiography program
