Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed, sanitized, and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines or by hand
• Sanitize and store all cleaned items properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish station and kitchen work areas
• Dispose of trash and recycling; sweep, mop, and assist in general cleaning
• Report equipment issues or supply needs to the kitchen management team
• Support other kitchen duties as assigned
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
Working Conditions:
• Morning and Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, reaching, and bending
