Sodexo Corpore Services is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer‑focused Cering Manager 2 to support our high‑profile client site Synchrony in Stamford, CT. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a diverse and vibrant cering program th includes:
Wh You’ll Do
As our Cering Manager 2, you’ll be the operional heartbe of our cering program—leading events from initial inquiry to flawless execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, loves building client relionships, and delivers hospitality with excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
End‑to‑end event management:
Coordining cering requests, entering orders in CerTrax, creing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.Client partnership:
Meeting with clients to review and detail events, understand their vision, and deliver exceptional service.Operional leadership:
Overseeing set‑up, execution, and breakdown of events; ensuring all cering deliveries are timely and accure.Team management:
Leading a talented team of four—including a Cering Supervisor, two Cering Attendants, and a Pantry Attendant who supports cering operions.Daily logistics & quality control:
Maintaining smooth day‑to‑day cering flow, upholding service standards, and ensuring high‑quality presention and guest experience.
