We are looking for a passionate, talented, and driven Pastry Chef to join our growing team at our pastry production facility in Brewster, NY — located approximately 45 minutes from Manhattan.
This is a full-time morning position, ideal for a young, energetic Sous Chef or Pastry professional ready to take on new challenges and grow into a leadership role within an expanding company.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with mousse cakes, entremets, chocolate spray techniques, and mirror glazes
Ability to troubleshoot production and quality issues
Creative mindset with the ability to develop new products and improve systems
Highly organized and production-focused
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Understanding of food cost and sourcing quality products at competitive pricing
Experience managing and motivating staff
Excellent communication skills — communication is key in our environment
Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and strong work ethic
Position Details:
Full-time morning schedule
2 days off per week
