Vazquez + Capps is seeking a talented Junior or Intermediate Architect to join our small, collaborative design practice based in Weston, Connecticut.
We are a boutique architecture and interiors firm working on high-end residential projects throughout NYC, Fairfield County, CT, Long Island, and Upstate Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent graphic and communication skills, and an interest in being involved in all aspects of a project — from early design concepts and presentations through permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Because we are a small practice, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and meaningful involvement across every phase of the work.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture
2–7 years of experience preferred
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (INDD, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
Interest in both architecture and interiors
