Maintenance completed:
New exhaust valve, head gasket, timing belt, spark plugs and water pump 30k (@130k) miles ago.
A/C system is completely new including the serpentine belt
New clutch 10k ago
New battery
New air filter
New Power Stop pads and rotors front and rear
New rear wheel hubs
Oil changes every 3500 miles in my ownership - is currently due and will try to have that done before purchase
Recent compression test was 175psi on all 4 cylinders
Pirelli tires are about 1/3 worn
Aside from a few very minor cosmetic blemishes, chassis is in excellent condition.
Only known issues are a couple of dashboard bulbs need replacing, and the rear defroster has never worked for me.
