Create a wild wonderland in your living space with this stunning Jungle Scene. Detailed and expansive, the piece features a variety of jungle mammals, birds and flora. Artisans who have since the 16th century specialize in the painstaking tradition of miniature painting. They create dreamlike natural sceneries, intricate figures and vibrant patterns painted with brushes of just one or two squirrel-tail hairs, utilizing mineral-based pigments made of crushed gems such as blue lapis lazuli and green malachite, as well as yellow sulfur, black carbon and red iron oxide.

Framed with glass and a gilt frame, as much as I tried, I couldn’t eliminate reflections.
