The electrical part has not been tested to see if the lights work.
There is some rust inside the stand. Included with the tree stand are 16 aluminum foil light reflectors. Don’t know if the light reflectors actually go to the stand, but they were in the box, so passing them along with the stand.
The box is very fragile. The box will probably disintegrate at some point it’s so brittle. One of the flaps on the bottom has torn completely off. No shipping. Local pickup only. $175 or best offer.
