Brown leather (slightly reddish).
Outer zip pockets on each side, plus another pocket below the zipper on the back side.
Inside: 4 card pockets with full-width pocket behind,, 2 pen loops, clip for keys, and zip pocket.
Also comes with protective bag, same fabric as inside of purse.
I bought it but have never used it because I just can't travel light enough!
