Absolutely magnificent mid-19th-century (circa 1850–1860) crystal chandelier featuring hand-cut prisms, elegant multi-tier draped crystal swags, and a large faceted ball finial. This piece was originally gas-converted, which is why the wiring runs down the exterior to the bottom ball — a hallmark of authentic restorations from this era.
