This person has been torturing cats to death, pairing videos, and has been currently collecting cats to torture to death this coming Friday Halloween.
PLEASE only give cats to legitimate shelter and rescue groups you have contacted directly.
If this person contacts you or you see posts looking for cats, please contact the police. Some are aware of the situation.
He could also be having people helping him pick up cats, so PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO TAKE ANY CATS!!
Please also inform anyone else you see online giving away or selling cats.
