1. Must have New York City apartment buildings experience.
2. Must be a seasoned jobbing and alteration mechanic.
3. Must prove extensive work history.
4. Must have a valid and clean new york state drivers license.
5. MUST KNOW N.Y.C PLUMBING CODE.
6. MUST BE ABLE TO READ PLANS.
