Commercial general contractor seeking an experienced commercial working superintendent / manager for full time position in project coordinations, daily management and installations as necessary
Prefer an experience tradesman / craftsman who has risen to running projects and administration of the project.
Please be US citizen and have transportation for city and other project coordinations.
Minimum 5 years experience as a working foreman superintendent - with coordination experience for running labor, materials management and sub contractor coordinations.
