What We Need You to Do
Manage technician scheduling and job assignments to ensure optimal efficiency.
Handle customer communications via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
Operate dispatch software (Service Fusion, Dispatch Me, Logistix) to manage workflow and job tracking.
Input job data accurately into internal systems; track progress and update stakeholders as needed.
Support job closures with proper documentation and ensure quality control for every dispatched call.
Assist in preparing estimates and customer quotes in coordination with technicians and office staff.
Communicate regularly with technicians to ensure updates, directions, and job requirements are clear and on time.
Be a calm, organized presence in a busy office—especially when the phones are ringing and the schedule’s tight.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience using service dispatch platforms like Service Fusion, Dispatch Me, or similar tools.
A background in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar service and construction environments.
Strong communication and phone etiquette, especially in high-pressure moments.
Comfort juggling multiple tasks, systems, and deadlines without letting anything slip through the cracks.
Excellent data entry, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Office is a bonus.
Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and prioritize quickly.
Commitment to being punctual, dependable, and a strong team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00/hour
Location: On-site at our Bronx location
