These are toy nunchaku.
They are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles nunchucks.
These "woodchucks" are actually made of foam rubber (the handles) and plastic (the chain).
The handles are 5 1/4" long.
The chain has nine links, and is 10" long.
This toy is unused.
It still had the plastic ties from the packaging (see last photo), but I removed them.
I have one.
