Renting out my studio for 4+ months in South Bronx starting ideally from June 15th, 2026. Possibility to rent longer. Little shy of 400sf, rectangular. Space contains two large windows that open. Lots of wall space for hanging. ~10 ft ceilings. Several working artists live on the floor and landlord is one of them, very friendly and helpful. The floor below has 16 more rented out artist studios. Top floor of 6-story building with elevators. Shared bathroom. Slop sink next to bathroom.

I have a bunch of boxes / paper rolls / crap that will be stuffed/stacked into one corner of the studio (by the white pipes against an unusable brick wall, see pic. Note: the wood in the photos has been removed so there's less junk.). Also leaving: a fancy herman miller studio chair on wheels + a large metal work table on wheels. No smoking/spraying/airbrushing/candles in the space. No pets. No tattoo art and generally it's not a space for lots of people to come in and out.

Do whatever you want in the space so long as you're quiet and respectful of studio mates.

Payment by. Cannot live/sleep in the space.
