The circumference is adjustable from 22" -- 25".
This circumference goes from the forehead to above-the-ear to the back-of-the-head to above-the-other-ear, then back to the forehead.
The chin strap is adjustable.
There is a black wind director that can be moved up.
The outside is made of plastic.
The inside is Styrofoam.
The strap is nylon.
There is thin padding in addition to the Styrofoam.
This helmet is barely used.
It is clean and undamaged.
