About the Role
We're looking for a client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned slate of Sites, overseeing service delivery, staffing coverage, and client satisfaction on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule that ensures consistent, senior-level support through the weekend.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules and shift assignments to ensure all sites have adequate coverage.
Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams to fulfill staffing requirements across assigned sites.
Develop account growth strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Monitor overall service quality and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Address and resolve service-related issues, including employee call-outs and coverage gaps at posts.
Manage client contracts and agreements, including renewals, updates, and necessary modifications.
Ensure full contract compliance and that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels at all sites under management, ensuring consistent coverage and quality.
Provide consulting and advisory services to clients, including risk assessments and tailored security recommendations.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to offer up-to-date, strategic guidance to clients.
Offer training and support to clients in the proper use and understanding of security systems and services.
Prepare and deliver regular reports covering account performance, revenue forecasting, and client satisfaction metrics.
Conduct site visits to evaluate service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction.
Must have knowledge of WinTeam
Must have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in account or operations management within the security industry.
