This is a damaged hubcap.
This hubcap is model KT-970, 14".
One of the tabs that hold it on has broken off.
There are four remaining tabs, in solid condition.
To hold it on, I am including four plastic zip ties.
These ties are 17", 15", 15", 14 1/2" long.
If you are interested in this hubcap, make sure the ties are long enough to go from your wheel to around the hubcap.
