It is in very good condition and it has been cleaned.
There are no chips, cracks, or breaks.
The ring has a coat of polyurethane to keep it from corroding.
The hubcap indicates that it is 14".
The ring is 13 1/2" in diameter.
The hubcap is 15 1/4" in diameter.
The ring can be repositioned for a bigger size.
