As well,take into consideration that currently, you pay insurance/note etc for vehicle, yet when you get home you park your car on street and cant use afterwards because when you get back now you have to circle block 5 times or park a half mile away as well you have to get up in morning and move vehicle before you get a summons. Absolutely ridiculous. On 1900 Block of Edison Ave,between Wilkinson and St.THERESA. Sorry no large suvs. Due to residential windows,no loud exhaust,sensitive or loud arming/ disarming.No Motorcycle, no auto maintenance, no repairs,oil leaks,cleaning vehicle,smoking in or around property,no hanging out,etc. Just parking. 24 HR access so long not absusive/excessive after 11pm and before 6am causing disturbance. Property contains 15 motion lights, 8- solar,7- 2,000,3-3,000 Daylight Lumen L.E.D. floodlights,16 cameras. Extremely clean and well maintained lot.
