I’m writing as a concerned animal advocate. Please BEWARE of a man local to NY/NJ who recently tortured and killed a cat in the Bronx and bragged about it on Instagram. He is currently planning to kill another cat on Halloween and he has already been spotted at rescue organizations in the NY/NJ area trying to adopt another animal. He has recently fled NY and is last known to be in Irvington, NJ.

We have reported him to the police (and NYPD Crime Stoppers: 800-577-TIPS), but they are not doing enough to stop this. Please DO NOT list pets as “free to good home”.
