School Office Administrator - Bilingual Spanish and English (Bronx, NY)

Small Private School in the Bronx. Is seeking a full or part-time employee that will complete our team.

Responsibilities:
Acting as the office main receptionist - answering telephone & greeting visitors etc.
Working with students for all administrative needs - entering grades, checking schedules etc.
Working with Microsoft Word and other computer skills required.

Requirement:
Must be comfortable and eager to make phone calls and work with people. Ideal candidate likes to operate in a customer service environment and maintain a sunny warm personality.
Must be good with data entry.
Good Math Skills. High School Diploma required. Some college preferred. Current part-time college students welcome.
Must speak Spanish and English.
Must be able to take initiative on projects and assignments - make sure things are completed properly and quickly. Must be morning person able to arrive early before classes begin.
