✨ About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to handle document management, vendor payments, license renewals and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ✨ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Process vendor payments, track outstanding invoices and maintain organized records.
✔️ Maintain calendars and records for business license renewals, insurance policies, work orders, etc.
✔️ Communicate with vendors, clients and suppliers to coordinate payments, deliveries and services.
✔️ Assist with onboarding new vendors, maintaining files and preparing basic reports.
✔️ Coordinate purchase orders, including communication with clients, work order tracking, invoicing and delivery coordination.
✔️ Collaborate with accountants and bookkeeper on month-end and year-end tasks as needed.
✨ Qualifications
✔️ Prior experience in office administration, accounts payable and office support (Preferred but not mandatory).
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Familiarity with Google Suite, Adobe and office management software.
✔️ Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
✔️ Reliable, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
✔️ This is a part-time, hybrid position, with mostly remote work each week. Compensation will be based on experience and level of involvement depending on work load.
