Sweet Sam's Baking Company is looking for a positive, self motivated, in-house customer service representative/office assistant. We need an enthusiastic individual who can call our accounts for orders and answer incoming customer calls regarding product information, billing issues, and service questions. The successful candidate will be well-trained in product knowledge to offer accurate assistance to the team and to our customers.
Requirements
Interact with our customers, taking orders and managing incoming calls
Handle customer complaints in a professional and kindly manner to support and implement
solutions
Serve as a resource of product knowledge to our customers
Build sustainable relationships and work to establish a high level of rapport with customers
Update customer information in the customer service database
Paperwork filing and record maintenance
Prior food related work, a plus
Qualifications
2 years of experience with customer service
2 years of college (preferred)
Proficient with data entry
Fluent use of common office suite software
Excellent interpersonal and salesmanship skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Comfort with a fast paced environment
This job is approximately 20 hours per week - Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-3:00. Must be flexible as hours may vary.
