We are looking for a full time/part time person to help with daily administrative duties. This is a private, non public office with both bus and train stops very close by.
Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls and emails and be able to provide basic company information to customers.
-Perform clerical duties which will consist of typing invoices, collections, emailing invoices, reviewing parking tickets,etc
-Assist Office manager in day-to-day tasks
-Must be able to take directions and follow through on tasks independently.
-Professional and respectful demeanor when speaking with customers is required
