Monitoring Elevator Systems: Keep track of the performance and status of elevators within a building or facility.
Prioritizing Calls: Assess the urgency and nature of service requests to prioritize them appropriately.
Dispatching Technicians: Assign and dispatch elevator mechanics based on availability and skill set to address service needs.
Customer Communication: Provide updates and estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to customers and follow up on open service requests.
Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, service managers, and technicians to optimize scheduling and resolve field issues.
Compliance: Ensure all dispatching follows company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
