Excellent company (75 people) located in the Bronx is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This role is good for someone who is very reliable and detail oriented and organized. Candidates should have a good attitude, computer skills and be reliable. Full training will be provided.
Administrative reporting (full training will be provided on ALL job functions)
Verify payroll reports
Check hours of field staff and compare this to an in house report
Report to company President re: the actual hours worked after reports are reviewed
Correct any discrepancies after reviewing GPS reports
Phone calls to field staff when something is not clear based on hours worked.
Administrative coordination for 2 different departments (this way you can learn the entire business)
Input service calls into an internal program
Uploading invoices to websites
Administrative coordination on as needs basis.
