Job Duties:
· Keep building vicinity clear and free of debris
· Janitorial work – trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and stairways
· Procurement of inventory - supplies, parts, and equipment
· Maintain records of all work performed in coordination with facility coordinator
· Escort vendors and exterminators throughout facility grounds
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalency
· Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work
· Problem solving - ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements.
