Positions Available
1. Handyman
2. Turn Crew (Lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, etc.)
3. HVAC Technician
4. Plumber
5. Electrician
6. Carpenter
What You’ll Do
1. Perform quality repairs and maintenance on vacant/residential properties
2. Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
3. Document work using our mobile app and web portal
4. Communicate proactively with our project coordinators
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in your trade
2. Valid trade license or certification (where required)
3. Reliable transportation and basic tools
4. Smartphone with data for mobile app updates
5. Strong attention to detail and timely communication
6. Ability to pass a background check
