Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and mission-driven Full-Time In-House Recruiter to join our
Human Resources team. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and
screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding activities.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of recruiting experience and the ability to attract top talent for a
wide variety of healthcare, behavioral health, housing, social service, administrative, and operational
positions. This individual will play a critical role in supporting programs that serve vulnerable and
underserved populations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
Utilize Paylocity Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate
communications, applicant tracking, and hiring workflows.
Source qualified candidates through online job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee
referrals, networking events, colleges, workforce agencies, and community outreach.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Attend job fairs, career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives.
Build partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and workforce
development agencies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment processes.
Promote a positive candidate experience while representing the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or a
related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Paylocity.
Experience utilizing online job boards and social media platforms for recruitment.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred
Experience recruiting within nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or social service organizations.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Experience coordinating hiring events and community outreach activities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Work Schedule
Full-Time
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for career fairs, hiring events, and
community outreach activities.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to travel occasionally to job fairs, hiring events, and organizational program sites.
Ability to lift and carry recruitment materials up to 25 pounds as needed.
