I am offering two window guards for $18 total.
Both guards are 20" in height.
This height is not adjustable.
Both guards are 23" wide at their narrowest.
If your window frame is less than 23", you will not be able to get these guards into the frame.
These guards are 41 1/2" wide when fully extended.
These guards are made of aluminum.
There are six screw holes (for fastening) in each guard (three in each side).
There is a significant cut in one of the guards, when it was removed. (See 4th photo.)
There are minor imperfections in the paint, shown in the photos.
These imperfections are in the better guard.
The uncut guard is $10.
The cut guard is $8.
12 screws are included.
The shafts of these screws are 1" long.
The screws fit through the holes in the guards.
A screw still works in the cut hole. The head of the screw will not pass through the cut.
Note:
When window guards are installed, the top window will hit the guards when the top window is lowered far enough.
You must see if the top window is not open too much when it hits the guard.
For these guards, lower the top window until it's bottom is 20" from the bottom of window frame where the guard will be installed.
