Looking for a studio or 1 Bed Apt that Accepts CityFHEPS Voucher (Bronx)

Hello.
I currently am approved for a CityFHEPS voucher that will cover an apartment up to $2700. I am looking for either a studio or 1 bed in the Bronx and Brooklyn borough and a landlord that would be willing to begin this process and accept vouchers. Although my credit is not the best, I do work. And the voucher will cover the cost including all fees and the deposit regardless.
Pets not required but would be nice.
