I am a 24/F looking for a room, apartment, or sublet starting September 1st 2026 I am looking for at least a 6month lease - a year would be preferred but I’ll take what can get. I am open to anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and queens. But when it comes to Brooklyn and queens I need to be close to Manhattan. Max 30 minutes out. I am absolutely NOT looking to live with a man unless there is another girl living there. So unless you’re a landlord who’s a man messaging me about your property or a man with another female roommate DO NOT EMAIL ME you will just be ignored. I am super clean and organized. I don’t drink or smoke. I love love cooking so it’s important that there is a kitchen I can use. For fun I love reading, traveling, fashion, and cooking. I am open to living with any age when it comes to females. My max for a room is $1000 The lower the better though. I would love to have my own place as well though so if you have a unit that max 1500 please email me :)!!! Other than that please message me with any room, sublet, apartment, etc opportunities .
