Flatbush, Brownsville, Ocean Hills, crown heights or Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
Would like to be in my place before Jan 15 or Jan 31

A quiet building or private home (Bronx, or Brooklyn preferred).
A landlord who values a steady, paying tenant who treats the property with respect.
