This is unused.
There are two pieces missing: the Pointed Detail File, and the Cuticle Pusher.
The price reflects this.
(See the 2nd photo. The missing two have an "x" next to them.)
I am not withholding them. I don't have them.
But, I include 8 extra attachments. (See the last photo.)
I show the power-handle working, plugged in and not plugged in.
I put a white sticky label on the Emory Disc, so you can see the change from still to rotating.
When you push the button on the side of the storage case, gentle air flows out of the "mouth".
I include two AA batteries for the air flow.
This item is in excellent, undamaged condition.
