This is a completely original, intact 1960's sculptural cast iron ceiling pendant light with its original glass globe, ceramic socket & fittings. Designed by US industrial design decor giant, Arthur Umanoff, this pendant aligns w/his Granada Collection of the mid 60s, designed for Boyeur Scott Furniture. It's a fairly iconic example of mid20C American Industrial Modern design for living.
The Iberian Moroccan gothic motif is made modern & graphic by contrasts to the sculptural black cast iron cage framing the large modernist, free-hanging milk glass globe's spare scale and geomet
In excellent, undamaged form and condition, this hard wired lighting element was fully functional when de-installed, but since original, the wiring should be updated before install.
