This bar stool is new and unused.
The height of the seat can be adjusted by raising the lever under the seat.
When you raise the lever, the seat rises, if it has been lowered.
To lower the seat, body weight pressure must be on the seat.
At it's highest, the top of the seat is 36" high.
At it's lowest, the top of the seat is 27 1/2" high.
The footrest is not screwed in place -- it can be rotated.
When the stool is unside-down, the footrest falls to the seat.
This bar stool is in excellent condition and is undamaged.
I only have one.
