We’re looking for a reliable and experienced part-time kitchen prep team member to join our crew.
What You’ll Do:
Slice meats using a commercial slicer for sandwiches and menu items
Prep ingredients in batches based on in-house recipes
Keep prep area clean, organized, and efficient
Support the kitchen team with daily prep needs
Requirements:
Prior experience in restaurant prep work
Comfortable using a meat slicer and working in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Must live in the Bronx (bonus if you’re nearby)
Punctual and dependable
Schedule:
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
A few days per week (flexible scheduling)
