Our wholesale bakery is seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
Accurately input and process customer orders
Handle account receivables, including invoice tracking and payment follow-up
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general office duties
Qualifications:
Previous office or clerical experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible as well as Responsible
