Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Instruction:

• Study and implement lesson plans th align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional stregies and technologies to enhance learning.
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.

Assessment and Evaluion:

• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observions.
• Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.
• Maintain accure records of student performance and progress.

Classroom Management:

• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.

Communicion and Collaborion:

• Communice regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
• Collabore with other teachers, staff, and administrion to support student success.

Minimum Qualificions:

1. A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy (a background in educion is not required) 
2. Strong communicion and interpersonal skills
3. Passion for learning and commitment to student development
4. Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocions)
5. Exact compension may vary based on skills and experience.
