Key Responsibilities

Lesson Planning and Instruction

• Study and implement lesson plans th align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional stregies and technologies to enhance learning.
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.

Assessment and Evaluion

• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observions.
• Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.
• Maintain accure records of student performance and progress.

Classroom Management

• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.

Communicion and Collaborion

• Communice regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
• Collabore with other teachers, staff, and administrion to support student success.

Minimum Qualificions

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy (a background in educion is not required).
• Strong communicion and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
