PEST CONTROL FIELD SUPERVISOR (Bronx) Starting Pay: $65,000–$75,000/year
JOB DUTIES:
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 10+ field technicians
• Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, and route optimization
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Monitor performance and ensure key metrics (quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction) are met
• Support technicians in resolving complex customer situations
• Conduct team meetings, provide ongoing coaching, and reinforce best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5 years of pest management experience
• 3–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Active 7A and 7F pesticide licenses
• Strong coaching, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology tools
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Ability to secure off-street parking for a company vehicle (e.g., driveway, garage, or lot)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical job duties
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN DRIVER (Bronx) Starting Pay: $21–$24/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
• Provide pest control services to residential and commercial customers
• Inspect properties to identify pest-related issues
• Apply treatments and recommend preventative solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable, high-quality service
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to secure off-street parking for a company vehicle (e.g., driveway, garage, or lot)
• Experience in pest control or a related field preferred
• 7A license is a plus
• Comfortable working in various environments (indoor/outdoor, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
• Ability to follow safety guidelines (OSHA/FIFRA standards)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
