We are a magazine in search of a talented photographer to capture the exterior and interior of a properties across Brooklyn (Senior Living communities). If you have an eye for detail and a passion for showcasing homes at their best, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for just the unedited JPG image files (3-5 of each location). Each location shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to capture. No editing is needed as we just want the simple, unedited raw files.

Location: Bronx, NY
Payment: Total = $150 (not per location) via Paypal/Venmo
Type: Freelance/Contract
Photography day: Any day between Oct 23rd-31st
Requirements:
**MUST USE A DSLR CAMERA**
Reliable transportation to reach multiple properties. The initial route has 15 locations. However, we are open to negotiating a per community rate as we have a much larger comprehensive list of all senior living and nursing centers in the Bronx.
A keen eye for capturing the best angles and lighting.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
**IMPORTANT**
For each community that you get an interior shot of (Bedroom/common area) there will be a $5 bonus per location. This is not a requirement, the only requirement is 3-5 exterior shots of the building.
