It measures 16 1/2" high (not including the strap-handles) x 12 3/4" wide x 4" deep.
There is a small pocket inside.
All of the material seems to be man-made polyester.
It still has the price tag and white paper on the strap-handles.
I only have one, and I don't have access to more.
