12/31: Sourdough Bread Baking Class in your home or mine (Riverdale)

Arnie will walk you through the 36 hour process of making a loaf of bread in just 2 hours.
This is a hands-on workshop that can take place at my kitchen in Riverdale, Bronx, NY
Or at your home.
You will get to work with the dough and learn the process.
There will be printed handouts to help you bake at home and samples of
the all important natural starter. Each student will get their own container.
Arnie has been featured twice in the Riverdale Press. He has been featured on
WABC Eyewitness News interviewed by Riverdale own Naveen Dhaliwal and
The Kelly Clarkson Show, which he is still not sure if it really happened.

The fee for class is based on location and how many students. I can handle 2 at my home.
