It is used, but has been washed clean, and is in very good condition.
It measures 18 1/2"H x 13"W x 8 1/2"D.
The wheels make it 2 1/2" taller.
The handle extends to 35" high.
There are also two strap-handles to pick it up, one on top and one on the side.
There is a butt-flap to prevent the wheels from dirtying your pants when you wear it on your back.
I replaces a rivet with a nut and bolt on the bottom. (See photo.)
