Kanzaki KMH4A transmission. The gear ratio is 2.45 to 1. The output shaft has an 8 degree down angle. This was previously used with a Yanmar 4JH3-DTE, which has an SAE 4 bell housing size. The 4JH3-DTE this was attached to is from 2005, with 550 hours, thought I do not know if this gear box was original to that engine, or not. This gear box will fit many other engines (up to buyer to determine if this will fit their application.) Please see link below for video of this shifting into forward / neutral / and revers while the engine is running on blocks. Please excuse the water splashing around in the video. (engine in video is not included in this listing). As you can see the previous owner loved his green spray paint, and there are cosmetic imperfections consistent with age. I would have installed this in my boat had it been a different gear ratio. Oil has been drained for shipment. For pick up on City Island, NY (10464) or I can ship.
