This boat is a great cruser-racer especially for single-handing. One person can easily steer while winching the jib (helpful when there are non-sailing guests!) That said, 3-4 adults will be quite comfortable in the cockpit.
The cabin has four berths, a stove, and a head - and is definitely suitable for overnighting. There is a table for four that drops and becomes the fourth berth, as shown in the photos.
It comes with a full set of sails: Main, storm jib, jib, genoa, and spinnaker (with the necessary gear). The main has been used for about 4 seasons so it is pretty new, the others I got from the previous owner (so they're north of 25 years old).
No motor is included.
The boat is currently on the hard at Barron's Boatyard in City Island, NY.

This boat was made by Irwin Yachts in 1973. I have owned her since the summer of 2001, but my circumstances are now such that I need to say goodbye, sadly.
